Glucosamines
The joints, or more precisely the articular cartilage, are made up of collagen fibers which are immersed in a mass made up of amino sugars (formed by the combination of simple sugars and amino acids), the most common of which is glucosamine sulphate. The rate of glucosamine consumption is so rapid that the systemic production of this substance, which is important for the functioning of the joints, may be insufficient; the "life" of a glucosamine molecule is in fact only about 3 weeks. This period is reduced in case of: hard physical work, intensive training, at an advanced age and when we are struggling with the problem of being overweight. If the articular cartilage is not adequately nourished with a constant supply of glucosamine, the production of synovial fluid is also reduced, making the joint surfaces rough, which can cause pain during movements. The product is recommended for physically active people or those who carry out jobs that put a strain on the musculoskeletal system. Indicated for preventive and temporary use in case of discomfort during joint movements.
